BUG HUNTER! is a fantastical children’s television series all about amazing mini-beasts. It has two series (14 x 10’) and a spinoff called BUG HUNTER! Cooking With Insects (5 x 22’).
Hosted by entomologist Morgane Merien, join along her adventures around the world and at home in Aotearoa New Zealand.
In series one, she asks questions like “Do bugs fart?” “Do insects go on holiday?” all while teleporting between the land of the long white cloud and Canada, to compare and contrast incredible species.
Series two finds Morgane exploring the varied and exciting landscapes of Aotearoa. She sets out to discover whether bugs do chores or if they go to school? …
BUG HUNTER! Cooking With Insects sees Morgane on an edible adventure in the world of creepy crawlies, collecting and trying insect recipes from around the world!
