Nancy Wake: The White Mouse

The thrilling true story of the Gestapo’s most wanted woman…
Nancy Wake (1912-2011) was a wartime agent, commander and New Zealand born heroine who became the Gestapo’s most wanted woman in WWII. Nancy was a famously blunt raconteur who led a life of extreme adventure in the French resistance. Starring Kiwi actress Rachael Blampied (Southland Street) as Nancy, this riveting docudrama includes all the action and intrigue from the life of a real life war heroine - from becoming a vital link in the French resistance, to fleeing Nazi spies, to her life of excitement and danger as an agent in Churchill’s secret army, the Special Operations Executive.
Nancy Wake: The White Mouse artfully blends the beautiful locations of New Zealand to recreate scenes from WWII France, with interviews from Nancy’s biographer, friends, and allies.
